ALLAHU AKBR FROM CONNEX!
Someone hacked into Connex Melbourne's SMS system yesterday and sent me (and 10000 others) a ridiculous SMS "Allahu Akbr (sic)! Connex's inspectors love killing people - if you see one coming, run. Want to bomb a train? They will gladly help! See you in hell!"
So there's me thinking that in addition to not being able to run public transport, Connex has no idea about how to host and maintain technology infrastructure, either.
That said, credit where credit is due. The company sent out a corporate "sorry" in less than two hours, proving once and for all that there is no company in Australia that has more efficient processes for delivering insincere apologies.
